Are you serious? Do you actually do yoga and swear?

Yes and yes! There is no experience necessary and we will guide you through a set of yoga poses that are great for strength and flexibility while we use cuss words.

Are there minimum age requirements?

Please 18+. All events include swearing while doing yoga and some involve drinking. Please do not bring your baby. Even if they are the coolest baby ever, we just don't want to be responsible for teaching little Timmy a new cuss word.

Do I need to bring anything to these events?

​

Please bring your own yoga mat. Otherwise, you'll be forced to use a towel we found in a strip club parking lot. You really don't want that. Trust us.

Can I book Sailor's Mouth Yoga for an event/party/fundraiser?
